Zero Tolerance Diesel started out as a one man/one work bay diesel performance and repair shop with a focus on precision and quality of service that was instilled in the owner (Payton Morgan) during his time as a mechanic in the United States Marine Corp. Since 2019 the business has grown to a 7 man shop with a continued focus on precision and quality of service becoming one of the top diesel shops in Houston, TX. Our Team is built from experience GM and Cummins certified techs that have been through years of training to be able to service our customers vehicles with only the best quality of work.

Zero Tolerance Diesel is a high end, diesel performance shop that provides premium customer service alongside quality work. We pride ourselves in making sure we turn out the very best product each time a truck leaves our shop. We provide a broad spectrum of services such as Fleet Services, Performance Upgrades, Transmission and Engines Rebuilds as well as Regular Maintenance. We have built a reputation for being the go to place for performance diesel transmissions backed by our great warranty.

About the Owner

Zero Tolerance Diesel was founded after the owner (Payton Morgan) served 5 years in the United States Marine Corp where he found his talents for repairing complex machines. During the 5 years of service he was able to accomplish two billets in the aviation field “CDQAR” Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative for both Kc 130J engines and Propellers. After military service, he attended Universal Technical Institute of Automotive, graduating with a 4.0 GPA while working for Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land, Texas.  Zero Tolerance Diesel was then started out of a storage unit in Sugarland, TX where small jobs were done and the initial customer base for Zero Tolerance Diesel was built.  Once established in 2019, Zero Tolerance Diesel’s reputation for quality, honesty and overall expertise grew rapidly and expanded to the two bay shop in Brookshire, TX. Zero Tolerance Diesel has quickly outgrown the current shop and Owner, Payton Morgan, is now breaking ground on their new location only 5 mins away in Pattision, TX. Stay tuned for more things to come from Zero Tolerance Diesel.

I brought my Cummins into Zero Tolerance for a FASS system today and am super happy. Their customer service has been nothing short of amazing, from the initial phone call to the moment I left today. Super knowledgeable and helpful crew. The work they did was top notch to top it off. I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Zero Tolerance Diesel to all my friends and family. I have been using them for my trucks for a few years now and have always been 10/10 satisfied with their work. They have done everything from basic maintenance and oil changes to performance builds and turbo swaps for me, and I have a Zero Tolerance fully built 68rfe in my Ram. All of which has been fantastic!! Payton and the guys are great, the communication is always on point and the shop is trustworthy both in their work and in their way of doing business. I drive roughly 1.5 hours one way to go to Zero tolerance and it is 100% worth it to me. Definitely give these guys a call for all of your diesel needs, mild to wild!!

This shop is Fantastic! I was referred to them by a friend so I gave them a call. I talked to Garrett and his customer service was amazing so I decided to drop by. Talked to Garret and Payton about some upgrades I wanted to do to my truck and they were very Knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be coming back to this shop in the Future and I highly recommend!

Highly recommend zero tolerance. Had them replace the entire fuel system and convert my CP4 pump to a SS DCR conversion in my 2017 F250 6.7. Picked it up and it runs flawlessly. Payton and Travis helped me navigate the waters and were extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I live an hour and fifteen minutes from the shop and will only be taking my truck here when it needs additional work!

Will only take my trucks to this shop. The consistently provide excellent service. I’ve brought multiple trucks to Zero Tolerance and have been extremely happy with their level of customer service and knowledgeable mechanics who are straightforward and honest. They put a 2020 engine in my 2016 F250 after it spun the crank shaft and I have had Zero problems with it since they fixed it!
